NetIKX Meeting Registration FORM - For Individual & Corporate members and Non members

Please note that Corporate members must enter the name of the prime member in the fields following the meeting date below, even if they will be sending a substitute. The name of the substitute is entered later on in the Form.

Charges
There is no charge for members to attend NetIKX meetings. Corporate members may send a substitute and bring up to 2 guests. Non members are welcome; the fee is £50.
