NetIKX is an independent Community of Interest. Our focus is on the practical issues of managing knowledge and information in the workplace.

Purpose

Through learning and sharing, our purpose is to help and support our members in their roles and to enhance their careers, and in turn to help their organisations to gain greater value through better use and management of information and knowledge.

Our members

Network members are drawn from professionals in information, human resources, Information Technology, and business, representing organisations of all sizes in the private, public and voluntary sectors.

NetIKX is an excellent means of meeting professional colleagues from other sectors and organisations to share your issues and challenges.

Membership

NetIKX membership is low cost and includes all meetings - there is nothing more to pay. We offer a unique opportunity to network in a friendly informal environment. You will be able to keep up with latest thinking, to learn and share good practice across functional and sectoral borders and get practical ideas to help you in your role.

Management

NetIKX will be run by an elected Management Committee working on a voluntary basis.

For the first year of NetIKX an interim Management Committee has been established to launch NetIKX, run the initial programme, produce a constitution and hold elections.
